Business Bay is a central business and residential district in Dubai, immediately south of Downtown Dubai. It was planned as a new commercial, residential and business cluster along an extension of Dubai Creek, as part of the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The district has a large cluster of planned towers, a range of hotels such as JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, and its own Dubai Metro station on the Red Line, which opened in October 2010.
