Binghatti is a Dubai property developer founded in 2008 by Dr. Hussain Binghatti, who named the company after his late father. The group is chaired by Muhammad BinGhatti and is family-owned; its sukuk is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Dubai. Forbes Middle East reports more than 100 projects, over 50 of them completed (2026).

The company is known for distinctive building facades and for branded residences created with Bugatti, Jacob & Co and Mercedes-Benz. Among its projects is Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in Business Bay, a supertall residential tower under construction. In January 2026 it launched Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, a development of more than 10 million square metres.
