Dubai Islands is a waterfront development by Nakheel made up of five man-made islands of about 17 square kilometres off the Deira coast. It began as Palm Deira, was later renamed Deira Islands and then Dubai Islands.

The plan includes more than 80 resorts and hotels and about 20 km of beaches. In 2022 Nakheel secured AED 17 billion of bank financing for this and other waterfront projects.
